More and more creatives are struggling to find the growth they want. Whether it’s because they’ve just started a creative career, are in a difficult niche market, or simply feel lost as AI takes over more creative capabilities. Many miss having someone to talk things through with, discuss their business or career, bounce ideas off, or take a thoughtful look at their work or portfolio.

Who do you learn from when everyone is working from home? Often, what’s missing isn’t ambition or talent, but a thoughtful conversation that helps you move forward. That’s why I started The New Creatives Coffee Sessions (TNC Coffee Sessions). See me as your personal creative director.

I’m Seema, creative director and author of The New Creatives, a book that explores the impact of AI on the creative industry, on creatives, and on our creative muscle. For over 18 years, I’ve worked in advertising and PR, from leading creative departments at top-tier agencies to running my own agency. Helping creatives develop their careers has been what I’ve loved doing most.

Whether you work (or aim to work) in content, design, strategy, photography, film, creative technology, or simply feel creatively driven, this conversation is about recognising gaps, spotting opportunities, looking at your experience and talent, and moving forward with intention.


What we’ll work on:

The New Creatives Coffee Sessions is a personal, structured conversation to inspire and guide you creatively.

In 120 minutes, we will:

  • explore your work and career path

  • look at your ambitions

  • discuss your ideas, work or portfolio (if you have one)

  • examine your skills/experience and where there may be gaps

  • share insights from The New Creatives

  • discuss pathways & strategy to success

  • two months later we call again to check in

You don’t need to prep anything. Just bring what feels relevant to you. If you’re comfortable sharing work or ideas, feel free to bring them along. Sessions can be held in English or Dutch, whatever you prefer. The intention is to make you leave with more focus, direction and a clear growth step.


Why 120 mins?
In my own professional and private life, the biggest leaps forward didn’t come from complicated plans or frameworks, but from meaningful conversations. That’s why TNC Coffee Sessions last 2 hours long: enough time to break the ice quickly, move past the clutter, and focus on your growth.

📍 Location
Sessions preferably take place in person; online sessions are also possible. The exact coffee location will be discussed during our phone intake.


💳 Payment
We first explore whether the Coffee Session is a good fit by filling in the form. A 120-minute session costs €245 (excl. VAT, including coffee, notes, the book, and a follow-up check-in call). Longer sessions or regular check-ins are also possible. Payment is made via bank transfer in advance of the session.


📘 Book & Follow-up
You’ll receive a copy of The New Creatives during the session. Two months after, I’ll check in by phone to see where you are and whether things are moving in the right direction.
